Unfortunately, once a package has been accepted by USPS, we are unable to change the delivery address, as USPS requires a paid package intercept or address correction request.

Never received my product that I paid for. I emailed them about the incorrect zip the same day I ordered and they didn't respond in time, didn't help, didn't offer anything to even try. I had to research myself to figure out what I could do, and the USPS rep told me they absolutely can call to have the zip updated. Hemplucid told me they couldn't do anything and that I would have to pay for shipping to replace it. They won't replace it until it gets marked as undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address. It's literally been transferred 30 times. Not exaggerating. It's clear it's not arriving and they've done nothing to help.

On this order, I paid about twice as much as the last order. I tried to put the order on auto order but there was no link. Getting too expensive
