These work great for getting better quality sleep. I have a terrible time falling asleep and staying asleep. These don't help me fall asleep, but the quality of sleep I get once I do is a significant improvement. I'm able to wake up naturally before my alarm feeling fairly well rested when normally it's a struggle to wake up.

My only criticism: I will say the initial flavor is nice, but there is a very strong bitter aftertaste. I have to eat something small after to get the taste out (I tried brushing my teeth/tongue alone but it didn't work fully. Have to eat something first then brush). BUT this still gets 5 stars due to how well it works!!

My husband was complaining about our was dog barking at 3 am last night and I got upset saying she didn't bark why are you picking on her - turns out these had me in such a deep sleep I didn't hear anything! I immediately checked if the 4th sale was still on and got some more.
