This stuff is magic and goes a long way. I just wish I knew it was gonna take so long to be delivered. At first it told me it would be here on the 4th(today), now it’s saying the 8th. My poor knees. 😭

We're sorry to hear about your experience. The shipping address entered at checkout contained an incorrect ZIP code and city. Unfortunately, once a package has been accepted by USPS, we are unable to change the delivery address, as USPS requires a paid package intercept or address correction request.
Although the package has not yet been delivered, we have gone ahead and issued you a full refund. We regret that this situation occurred and wish you all the best.
Never received my product that I paid for. I emailed them about the incorrect zip the same day I ordered and they didn't respond in time, didn't help, didn't offer anything to even try. I had to research myself to figure out what I could do, and the USPS rep told me they absolutely can call to have the zip updated. Hemplucid told me they couldn't do anything and that I would have to pay for shipping to replace it. They won't replace it until it gets marked as undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address. It's literally been transferred 30 times. Not exaggerating. It's clear it's not arriving and they've done nothing to help.
