This is a wonderful addition to our supplements. I personally use them to relax on a day that I really need to just let go. I sensitive to them so they make me very chill like I can finally let go & be a couch potato .. lol.. I have a hard time doing nothing. This helps me a lot with that. My hubby has been using them every evening for like 2 weeks now & it has really helped him to calm down his mind & stress after busy days at work and he sleeps great with these too. We are so thankful.
