There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to CBD. Everyone is different and will find a certain strength to be their sweet spot.

Take one serving (one capsule) daily or as needed. Take a capsule about 1 hour before you wish to feel the effects.

Suggested Use

Consistent use is the best way to determine if this product works for you. If you haven’t noticed any effects after the first few days, we encourage using the product daily for 30 days to determine the effectiveness. These Soft-Gels are designed to last 30 days (1 serving per day for 30 days).

If your bottle doesn’t last 30 days, it may be time to go up to a higher strength or combine with one of our other products like Gummy Cubes or a tincture.

When will I feel the effects?
The CBD in these soft-gels is absorbed through the digestive system. This means that it will likely be a longer amount of time, about an hour but maybe more, until you feel the effects. However, the effects are reported to last longer than other methods of taking CBD.
Is this safe for pets?
Since every pet is different (and may respond differently to CBD oil), we recommend giving your pet a product from our Pets collection.
Can I break open the capsule?
We don’t recommend breaking your soft-gel capsules open. They are designed to be consumed as you would a pill, and the oil ingredients inside may stain clothes or other surfaces if the capsule is broken open.
Are the soft-gels vegan?
The soft-gels contain gelatin, so they are not vegan.
Are the capsules gluten-free?
Our soft-gel capsules are gluten-free.
What is inside the soft-gel capsule?
The soft-gel capsules contain just a few simple ingredients:
1.Hemp seed oil
2.Full-spectrum CBD (in all three strengths)
3.Isolate CBD (in our 50 and 75 mg strengths)

The capsules themselves are also composed of a few simple ingredients: gelatin, water, and glycerin.
