Hi,
I had been previously purchasing simply CBD gummies for a while. They were coming in a jar. No THC. I suspended my subscription orders for a while because I could not take them due to medical reasons. I recently restarted my subscription, and now the package says THC and CBD. Plus, when I looked at my old orders, they all show this new packaging that say THC but previously they did not. Shortly before I suspended my order, I got a product that did have THC in them and I returned them and you replaced them with the proper product. I am wondering if somehow this mistake has somehow changed my saved product in the subscription somehow? I do not want THC in my product. Trace amount is ok but not quantifiable. Also, I did not notice at first glance that it said THC on the label and I attempted to open the product. The key word here being attempted. I simply couldn't pry the zipper open no matter how hard I tried. I cut off the top of the package but that did not help because the zipper is lower. I was about to cut below the zipper and stopped when I saw the label said that the product contained THC.
SO ..1.) Fix you zipper on the bag. It does not work well. I should not have to be King Kong to open my gummies.
2) What are my options now to return the product? Although I never did get the product open, I did cut the top off the bag.

As far as the THC in the product it is still just a trace amount and nothing has changed besides us showing on the packaging how much THC is in each gummy. It still falls below the legal limit of 0.3% THC.

The gummy packaging has also changed to be child resistant so the zipper is trickier to open for that reason.
