What is the difference between full-spectrum and isolate?
Full-spectrum CBD is a hemp-derived extract that contains the complete chemical profile, including traces of THC (less that 0.3%). CBD isolate has had all other cannabinoids and compounds removed except for CBD. Check out our blog about Understanding Hemp Extract Types.
What does “+ terpenes” mean?
When full-spectrum CBD is distilled into isolate CBD, some of the terpenes (scent compounds) are lost. But because terpenes have many benefits and because the senses of smell and taste are so intertwined, we didn’t want our isolate users to be left out. So we added the terpenes back into this tincture.
When will I feel the effects?
How you take this tincture will affect how quickly you may feel its effects.
When swallowed, this tincture is absorbed through the digestive system. Because this tincture is water-soluble, it is absorbed faster than an oil, and you may start to feel effects within minutes.
When taken sublingually (under the tongue), you may experience effects slightly faster because the CBD is absorbed by the blood vessels in the mouth.
Can I mix this into drinks?
Yes! Our water soluble products are designed to blend into water based drinks as well as smoothies or coffee.
Why is it so thick?
Our Water Soluble is made by emulsifying CBD oil with organic vegetable glycerin and polysorbate 90, which produces a sort of cloudy mixture. Don’t let the appearance worry you though — you can mix our Water Soluble CBD into nearly any beverage and many recipes. Just give the bottle a good shake first!

I bought this as a supplement in my recovery from CUD and CWS, and it was the added terpenes that really appealed to me. However, upon receiving and using the product for a few days now, its glycerin base and overpowering taste has ruled it out as a ‘no’ from me. The glycerin base makes it SO thick that it coats the dropper and is very difficult to suction/dose, and gives it a white, cloudy appearance that is off-putting. And the taste is just bad… even mixed with a flavored drink. I’m hoping to try a full-spectrum MCT tincture from HempLucid next — I think it will have the clarity, consistency, and classic cannabis/hemp taste I’m seeking.

Snowy (my cat) was suffering from several motor seizures every day. Three drops on her food 2x a day and the seizures have completely stopped. Way better flavor than all of the prescription antiseizure drugs, which are very bitter. The zero THC feature is another plus, since cats can't tolerate that drug at all.

Adding cbd full spectrum to a small glass of water helps swallow the oil easier. Orange juice or cranberry juice also works well. I use the cbd to assist in getting the thc oil product to work better.

Effective, but thick and difficult to measure

I had to increase my daily dose (from the oil CBD) to keep my legs from cramping at night, and found it difficult to measure because of its cloudy look and thickness. I'll go back to the MCT oil after this bottle.

That one was not my favorite by any means. The white substance coats the outside of the dropper so you cant tell how much your taking.

My favorite product

This it probably one of my absolute favorite CBD products. It’s fast acting and very versatile, I add it to my tea or kombucha and there’s no change in flavor. I’ve recommended this product to friends and family and they all have liked it. My only problem is I wish the dropper was labeled with black marks so you can see exactly how much you are using. Other then that I love this product.
