How to Use Your Rewards Points For a Purchase

So, you're a member of Hemplucid's Rewards Program. You're collecting points, and now you want to use them towards a purchase. How does this work? We've noticed that using reward points is a little bit of a headache for our Hemplucid community. If you're confused about the process, we're here to help. 

Read on for two easy ways you can redeem your rewards points for a purchase at checkout.

Using Rewards Points To Pay For A Purchase

At checkout (while you're logged into your account!), you have the option to redeem your points. If you choose to redeem them, the system then converts the points into a discount code that is sent to your email address. 

The discount code sent to your email will expire after 24 hours if unused. Sometimes, customers can get frustrated because, if you leave the checkout window, the code sometimes seems to disappear. Don't worry if that happens—your code is still waiting for you in your email. 

First of all, your points don't go away until you use them. If you get a discount code and you don't use it for whatever reason, your points return to your account (within 24 hours) to be used at a different time

Contact Our Customer Experience Team With Concerns

Secondly, you can always call our awesome Customer Experience team, and they can void the discount code you aren't able to use in time. When they do that, your points go back to your account.

Our Customer Experience team can also help by placing the order for you over the phone. When placing an order over the phone, ask your customer experience representative to apply your reward points towards your purchase. A Couple Common Issues And Solutions To Fix Them

Something important to note is that coupon codes cannot be combined. They must be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two coupon codes, you can only use one code at checkout.
