2018: The Year of Intention
There are hundreds of useful herbs and spices in the world. Plants have continuously provided delicious, aromatic foods that have enriched human life for thousands of years. Our kitchen cabinets are full of these spices. We take for granted these healthy herbs that were not so long ago regarded as being precious as gold in the old world.
Wars have literally been fought over what is in our spice cabinet.

Basil, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, rosemary, thyme, turmeric: are delicious and have wholesome properties that improve our physical and mental health.
Plant-based nutrition is a valuable lifestyle choice with positive health benefits. Eating a big salad or drinking a green smoothie helps the body feel good, provides an increase in energy, and is often accompanied by an emotional boost.
Empower your mind with the intention to always feel good, mind, body, and soul. Personally, I would advocate for eschewing everything negative from your precious life, including unhealthy foods, depressing news sources, and toxic people. This doesn’t have to mean burying your head in the sand. It’s a matter of being more selective and intentionally opting for the very best. You only get one life, after all. Make decisive choices that add to your happiness. You deserve it.
In my opinion, we ought to let the way that we feel be our most trustworthy barometer, and let our own desire for maximum mental, physical, and spiritual health guide our decisions. On one of the whiteboards in the Hemplucid office, in big green letters, it is written, “The greatest wealth is health.”
